My Story
I have dedicated my life to training and mentoring student-athletes. My extensive
background as an NCAA Compliance and Title IX Officer, Junior Development and College
Coach gives me a unique skill set to help student-athletes find the best fit for them. I have
over 20 years of experience in collegiate coaching at the Division I, Division III, and NAIA
levels. This experience has allowed me to make connections that have taken a lifetime to
cultivate.

My tenure as NCAA Compliance Officer provides insider knowledge of eligibility requirements
and recruiting regulations that most consultants lack. Having transformed programs from
conference cellar-dwellers to champions and national rankings, I understand exactly what
coaches need in recruits and what it takes to build winning programs.
